Welcome Sam Del Vescovo!

Lakers is excited to announce our New Hockey Director Sam Del Vescovo!

Sam is currently the assistant hockey coach for Lake Forest College and will be joining the Lakers this fall as our new Hockey Director.

Prior to coaching at Lake Forest, Vescovo coached at Marquette University for two years, serving as head coach of the ACHA D3 team and as an assistant with the ACHA D2 program.

Del Vescovo was also an assistant coach for the Milwaukee Power Hockey Team in 2020-21 running the defense and leading the staff’s recruiting and scouting efforts.

Del Vescovo attended Indiana Tech and played on their college hockey team. His youth hockey career he played for Shaw based out of Wisconsin.

We are so excited to have him joining our organization and all the knowledge and talent that he will bring to our program and our players!
