Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Lakers Hockey

It is the policy of Lakers Hockey Club that any player’s fee paid, less the initial $500 Non-Refundable Evaluation Fee, will be refunded only if the refund is requested before evaluations. There are NO refunds issued for injuries, suspensions or withdrawal from the program during the season. Under no circumstance will the USA Hockey Membership fee be refunded. Player’s uniform fees will only be refunded if a cancellation can occur with our supplier without additional fees. Once uniform orders are placed by the organization, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
